my stay was quite comfortable on a business trip. location: the hotel was adjacent to good bars and sarit centre and westgate both walking distance, and good restaurants, bars, clubs around-hence the noise especially from thursday to saturday.

This hotel in the heart of Westlands is such a great find! The value for money is excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, with special mentions to Esther, who ensures the rooms are well set up, and Peter, Wilfred, and Evans who provide exceptional service. The basic amenities are top-notch, with rooms that have a touch of luxury, including beautifully lit candles and a safe facility. I also appreciated the convenience of having a fridge in the room. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious!
All was satisfactory and met my expectations.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to many shopping areas and the Westgate mall. This allows for easy access to stores and markets within walking distance. the hotel offers a good view of the city from the balcony in some rooms.
The hotel is quite noisy in the night which can be disruptive, especially on Saturday nights, due to loud partying music coming from the clubs in the area.

The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities like a fridge and a tea kettle. The hotel was located in a convenient area close to supermarkets and shopping malls.
The breakfast was mediocre and very limited with not many vegetarian options. The elevators were not enough for such a large building, causing significant wait times.
